Terms of Service

This is a starting-point terms document for the Trawl platform. It is not legal advice — have it reviewed by counsel before publishing, particularly the liability, acceptable-use, and governing-law sections.

1. Agreement

These Terms govern access to and use of the Trawl platform ("Trawl") provided by Vetari ("Vetari," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using Trawl, your organization ("Customer," "you") agrees to these Terms.

2. What Trawl is for

Trawl is a human risk management platform: phishing simulation, security awareness training, behavioral analytics, and compliance reporting, intended for use by an organization on its own personnel with appropriate internal authorization.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use Trawl only:

Against your own employees, contractors, or personnel you are authorized to test.
In compliance with applicable law, including data protection, labor, and telecommunications regulations in your jurisdiction.
Without targeting individuals outside your organization, or using Trawl to send unsolicited communications to third parties.

Vetari may suspend accounts used in violation of this section.

4. Accounts and access

You're responsible for the security of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

5. Customer data

You retain ownership of the data you upload to Trawl, including target lists and campaign content. You're responsible for having the right to process that data, including any personal data of your employees, under applicable law.

6. Fees and payment

Describe your billing cycle, currency, renewal, and refund terms here once your pricing model is finalized.

7. Availability

We aim to keep Trawl available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated where practical.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vetari is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of Trawl. This section should be reviewed and finalized with counsel to match your risk posture and jurisdiction.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an account per the terms of the applicable order form or subscription agreement. Upon termination, we will handle your data per our Privacy Policy and any data-retention commitments in your contract.
